7. ALLGEMEINE GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUNGEN
Wenn Sie einen Kurs bei inlingua Porto buchen, sei es direkt oder über eine Agentur, akzeptieren Sie unsere Verkaufsbedingungen und verpflichten sich, am Unterricht teilzunehmen und die internen Regeln und Vorschriften der Schule einzuhalten.
1) Anzahlung und Zahlung
Um Ihre Anmeldung zu sichern, ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 25 % des Gesamtkurspreises (mindestens 250 €) zu leisten. Der Restbetrag muss 14 Tage vor Kursbeginn vollständig bezahlt sein. Die Zahlung muss alle Banküberweisungsgebühren enthalten. Für Online-Kurse gibt es keine Mindestgebühr, aber der Gesamtbetrag des Kurses (100 %) muss im Voraus bezahlt werden.
2) Bestätigung: Die Kurse werden erst nach Eingang der Zahlung bestätigt.
3.1) Stornierungsgebühren
Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund (einschließlich Visumsverweigerung) Ihren Kurs stornieren müssen, fallen folgende Stornierungsgebühren an:
- 7 Tage oder mehr vor Kursbeginn: Wir erstatten Ihnen den gesamten Betrag abzüglich einer nicht erstattungsfähigen Verwaltungsgebühr in Höhe von 250 € (zuzüglich Bankgebühren).
- 1–6 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, aber Sie können Ihren Kursbeginn verschieben.
3.2) Verschiebung des Starttermins:
Sie können den Beginn Ihres Kurses innerhalb von 12 Monaten nach dem ursprünglichen Termin auf einen für beide Seiten passenden Termin verschieben, wobei folgende Regelung gilt:
- Bei einer Stornierung mehr als 7 Tage vor Kursbeginn: Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Gebühren an.
- Bei einer Stornierung 6 Tage oder weniger vor Kursbeginn wird eine Umbuchungsgebühr in Höhe von 25 % der Gesamtkosten fällig.
3.3) Zusätzliche Visa-Unterstützungsschreiben
- Jedes Mal, wenn ein neues Visumunterstützungsschreiben erforderlich ist, wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 50 € erhoben.
3.4) Stornierung der Kursgebühren nach Beginn des Unterrichts
Wenn der Kurs nach Beginn aus irgendeinem Grund ausgesetzt, storniert oder unterbrochen werden muss, wird der gezahlte Betrag nicht zurückerstattet. Der Betrag kann als Gutschrift verbleiben und innerhalb eines Jahres verwendet werden.
3.5) Versäumte Unterrichtsstunden
Versäumte Gruppenstunden können nicht nachgeholt oder erstattet werden.
Privatstunden können mit einer Frist von 24 Stunden verschoben werden.
4) Versicherung: Die Schule oder die Gastfamilien bieten keinen Versicherungsschutz. Den Schülern wird dringend empfohlen, eine geeignete Versicherung abzuschließen, die folgende Risiken abdeckt: Stornierung, Verlust von persönlichen Gegenständen, Krankheit und Unfälle.
5) Material: Alle erforderlichen Materialien sind in der Anmeldegebühr enthalten. Alle weiteren Materialien (Grammatikbücher, Wörterbücher usw.) können separat erworben werden.
6) Aktivitäten: Aktivitäten werden als Service für die Schüler organisiert. Sie werden entweder kostenlos oder zum Selbstkostenpreis angeboten. Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für den Verlust von Eigentum der Kunden oder für Personenschäden, die den Kunden während der Teilnahme an diesen Aktivitäten entstehen.
7) Feiertage: Die Schule ist das ganze Jahr über geöffnet, außer in der Woche zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr sowie an lokalen und nationalen Feiertagen. Alle Unterrichtsstunden, die aufgrund lokaler oder nationaler Feiertage ausfallen, werden nachgeholt.
8) Mindestteilnehmerzahl (Gruppenkurse): Wenn nur ein Schüler für einen Gruppenkurs angemeldet ist, wird die Unterrichtszeit von 3 Stunden auf 2 Stunden (Intensivgruppe) bzw. von 120 Minuten auf 75 Minuten (reguläre Gruppe) verkürzt.
9) Bildnutzung: Fotos von Schülern, die während des Unterrichts, bei Aktivitäten oder Ausflügen aufgenommen wurden, können von inlingua Porto in seinen Werbematerialien (Broschüren, Websites, Kataloge usw.) verwendet werden, sofern der Schüler oder seine Eltern nichts anderes angeben. Diese Ablehnung muss bei der Buchung des Kurses schriftlich erfolgen.
10) Beschwerden jeglicher Art müssen direkt und unverzüglich an inlingua Porto gerichtet werden. Beschwerden, die nach Kursende eingehen, können nicht berücksichtigt werden.

6. HOW TO PAY
Complete the enrolment form and send it to us by e-mail. We will then send you a provisional confirmation of your programme. Once we receive the 25% deposit of your course (minimum amount = €300) we will send you the full confirmation of your place. The balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the course start date.
